Betsy Campbell Barth joined Visa in February 2008 as Sr. Business Leader, International Compensation & Benefits plus managing the global expatriate assignment program. She was responsible for strategic program development & oversight. Betsy has currently moved into the Head of International Benefits and in her new role, she will be managing worldwide international benefit programs.
Prior to joining Visa, Betsy worked at Yahoo! as a Global Benefits Manager and was integral partner to the Global Mobility team. Betsy was responsible for designing implementing and managing global benefits and reward programs. Prior to Yahoo!, Betsy was an International Benefits Consultant at Woodruff-Sawyer & Co. in San Francisco.
Betsy received her MBA at Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany focusing on International Finance & Marketing plus completed her Bachelors of Science degree at the Pennsylvania State University in Law with a Spanish minor.
Jenny Brokaw is the Global Mobility Manager for Roche Palo Alto, LLC where she is responsible for the immigration and both the domestic and international relocation programs.
Prior to joining Roche, Jenny was the Manager of International Assignments & Immigration at Gap, Inc. for almost two years where she managed the expatriate and immigration programs. Before Gap, she spent nearly nine years with the advertising agency, J. Walter Thompson in both New York City and San Francisco managing their international and domestic relocation programs
Jenny graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University with a Bachelors degree in Business and a focus on HR. She is currently a member of Worldwide ERC and SHRM. She holds a GPHR certification from the latter group.
Christopher Barnett joined Berry Appleman & Leiden in March 2007 as Global Services Program Manager. He is responsible for delivering a comprehensive solution to assist clients with their world wide visa needs within the firm’s Global Visa Practice.
Prior to joining Berry Appleman & Leiden, Mr. Barnett worked for seven years at Applied Materials. He was responsible for the global mobility program of the Company, in addition to managing the expatriate tax and frequent business traveler compliance program.
Before joining Applied Materials, Mr. Barnett worked for three and half years at Intel Corporation. He supported the ramp of Intel's fabrication facilities in Ireland (FAB 14) and in Israel (FAB 18).
Mr. Barnett is a graduate of Gonzaga University, earning a bachelor of business administration in International Business and Human Resources in 1997. Mr. Barnett is recognized by the Worldwide ERC as a Certified Relocation Professional (CPR) and a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS).
Brent Bergan is a partner with Global Mobility Tax, LLP, a CPA firm providing strategy, consulting, and individual tax services to organizations that relocate employees on domestic and international assignments. His experience includes tax policy planning, foreign country taxation, global equity awards, and the design, implementation and administration of international assignment programs.
Prior to co-founding Global Mobility Tax in 2009, Brent was the managing partner of the San Francisco office of Global Tax Network for six years. Brent spent the prior seven years at Oracle Corporation as Director of Tax - International Assignments. Prior to Oracle Brent was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young in the Global Employee Solutions Group in Palo Alto, California. Brent started his career at Arthur Andersen in 1985.
Brent received a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting at Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the states of California and Tennessee.
